Legal matters have timeframes. Election petition windows are 21 days. Limitation periods run continuously. Assessment objection deadlines are fixed. An injunction not sought within hours may be irrelevant within days. In legal practice, delay is not a neutral position. Delay is a choice, and it consistently advantages the opposing party.
A property owner's land was being encroached upon. The client contacted us on a Thursday. By the following Monday, an interlocutory injunction had been obtained. The encroachment stopped. A case that could have taken years of inaction to deteriorate into permanent adverse possession was resolved at the outset.

Access
Senior Advocate representation is not universally available. The pool of Senior Advocates in active practice in Nigeria is small. The number who will take on matters below a threshold of prestige or value is smaller still. This firm operates differently.
